        Pursuant to Governor Andrew Cuomo's Executive Orders, which suspended the
        Open Meetings Law, the public may listen and view the meeting live on
        Verizon channel 34, Spectrum channel 1303, and Town website

        579-3721 to participate in the conference call. Minutes of the meeting will be
        transcribed and posted on the Town's website.

                  1. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a Payment In-Lieu of Tax
                  Agreement for the Beacon Meadows Intergenerational development on
                  Mercy Care Lane.
                  2. Consider the permanent appointment of Douglas Radzewicz as an
                  Automotive Mechanic I in the Highway Department.
                  3. Consider waiving the building permit fees for 11 Christina Drive
                  associated with damage caused by a fallen tree as recommended by the
                  Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
                  4. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Supervisor to sign the Water
                  District's collection warrant in the amount of $695,498.65.
                  5. Consider appointing Christopher Longo to fill the vacancy on the
                  Planning Board with a term of office ending on December 31, 2022.
                  6. Consider accepting the proposed dedication of Devon Court and
                  Wesley Place from the Chesterfield Homeowners' Association to the
                  Town as recommended by the Highway Superintendent, and authorizing
                  the Town Supervisor and Highway Superintendent to sign documents

                  required for the transfer.
                  7. Consider approving the proposed settlement of the tax certiorari
                  proceeding involving Store Away at Guilderland, LLC for the 2019 and
                  2020 assessment as recommended by the Assessor.
