        Approval of the minutes for the Town Board's April 18, 2023 meeting
        Agenda
                  1. Consider accepting the application to rezone a 0.45-acre vacant parcel
                  located at 1854 Western Avenue from Residential-15 to Local Business
                  and referring it to the Planning Board for review, comments, and
                  recommendations, as requested by the Town Planner.
                  2. Consider authorizing the issuance of a request for proposals for the
                  repair and replacement of the clubhouse roof at the Western Turnpike
                  Golf Course, as requested by the Director of Parks & Recreation
                  Department.
                  3. Consider awarding the contract for granulated activated carbon to
                  Carbon Activated Corp. as lowest qualified bidder, as requested by the
                  Assistant Superintendent of the Water & Wastewater Department.
                  4. Consider the following appointments to the Tree Preservation
                  Committee:
                      Laura Barry term ending December 31, 2026
                      Mary Dornbush term ending December 31, 2026
                      William Kidd term ending December 31, 2025
                      Ellen Manning term ending December 31, 2025
                      Timothy Welch term ending December 31, 2026
                  5. Consider appointing Janet Thayer, Esq as Assistant Town Attorney.
                  6. Consider appointing William Bremigen as Superintendent of the
                  Water & Wastewater Department.
                  7.     Consider the following permanent appointments, as requested by the

                  Personnel Assistant:
                       Michael Connolly Senior Services Transportation Operator
                       Brandon Shaver Parks and Building Maintenance Person
                  8. Consider approving, under NYS Town Law § 112, proposed
                  modifications to the 2023 adopted budget, as requested by the Fiscal
                  Officer.
                  9. Consider approving "Diamond Lane" as the name for a private lane
                  for a two-lot subdivision from Schoolhouse Road off of Vaughn Road, as
                  requested by the Assessor.
                  10. Consider waiving of the building permit fee for a temporary sign for
                  the First United Methodist Church of Voorheesville, as recommended by
                  the Chief Building & Zoning Inspector.
                  11. Consider authorizing the Town Clerk and Town Supervisor to sign
                  the collector's warrant for the Water Department.
