Lot 1 will consist of 0.57 acres and contains an existing residential dwelling with accessory structures that will be removed as part of the subdivision. Lot 2 will consist of 0.9 acres and is undeveloped land. Lot 3 will consist of 0.74 acres and is undeveloped land.
