            1 story, 10,646 sq ft warehouse with 12 new parking spots. Site is zoned

         b. 85 Coliseum Drive. Coliseum Drive Office Building. Applicant: Starlight
            Associates LLC, presented by Hershberg & Hershberg. Sketch plan review.
            Proposed construction of a four-story 135,000 square foot office building with
            associated parking. This site is zoned, Commercial Office Residential (COR)

         c. 784 Troy Schenectady Road, Porsche Latham. Applicant: Country Realty Co.
            Presented by Environmental Design partnership, LLP. Concept review for
            proposed 2-story 25,320 sf, automobile sales and service building on a 3-acre
            parcel. The site is zoned COR, Commercial Office Residential. TDE: Barton &

         d. 415A & 421 Albany Shaker Road, Verizon Wireless Green Meadows Facility.
            Applicant: Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, Presented by Young
            Sommer LLC. Concept plan review for a proposed 124+ foot monopole tower; 9
            Verizon wireless panel antennas mounted at the top of the tower, one manned 4
            foot by 11.5 foot equipment platform and a GPS antenna unit. The site is zoned

         e. 10 South Family Drive. Islamic Community Center. Applicant: Islam Shia
            Ithna-Ashri Jamaat, represented by Advance Engineering & Surveying PLLC.
            Final Plan review for the proposed construction of a 22,500 square foot
