                     PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
REGARDING RESOLUTION 2021-21 “CAPITAL RESERVE SEWER REPAIR/REPLACE –
                  WALKER WAY AND PETRA LANE”
                       MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2021
                               6:30 P.M.

Mayor Tobin opened the public hearing at 6:30 p.m.

Deputy Clerk Hart read the advertisement aloud as it appeared in the newspaper.

Deputy Mayor Sim stated the Walker Way and Petra Lane drainage, which is part of Patroon
Creek, has been blocked by fallen trees. Due to the terrain and where the pipes are located, the
Village needs to rent an excavator. Since this is a sanitary storm sewer project, the money will
have to be transferred from the reserve to be spent. The amount will not exceed $20,000.

A motion was made by Trustee Sim to adjourn the meeting.
Motion seconded by Trustee Rubino.
