        The applicant is proposing to redevelop the site which consisted of prior land


        uses including dry cleaners, service station, apartments and retail office. The


        project will include demolition of existing structures and remediation of the


        NYSDEC designated brownfield site (former Master Cleaners) to allow


        development of a 248 unit apartment community with 16,000 square feet of


        commercial space.
