Resolutions

      Resolution No. 242 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the
      contract with DN Tanks of New York, LLC in connection with the River Road Storage
      and Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant Mixing Upgrade project for the
      DPW/Division of Latham Water.

      Resolution No. 243 awarding the bid to John W. Danforth Company for a Second Boiler
      Replacement for the Boiler Replacement Project 2024 at the Mohawk View Water
      Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Supervisor
      to enter into an Agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 244 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
      for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

      Resolution No. 245 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the
      County of Albany in connection with the Mutual Aid Agreement for Disasters and other
      related emergencies.

      Resolution No. 246 awarding the bid to Aquatic Weed Harvesting LLC in connection
      with the mechanical harvesting at the Colonie Mohawk River Park and authorizing the
      Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 247 amending Resolution No. 559 for 2023 by changing the seasonal
      manning chart for the pay rate of the EMS Instructor I from $30.00/hr. to a range of pay
      of $30.00-$36.00/hr.
       Resolution No. 248 awarding the bid to By George Food Specialties and Sycaway
       Creamery Inc. for the Pool Concession Stand items for the 2024 Pool Season and
       authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements for same.

       Resolution No. 249 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Wild
       Goose Chase NE in connection with controlling the geese population at the Crossings, the
       Town Golf Course and at Memorial Town Hall.

       Resolution No. 250 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with attorney
       Robert King PLLC and Stag Liuzza LLC for representing the Latham Water District’s
       interest in pursuing a share of settlement funds as a result of multi district PFAS
       litigation.

       Resolution No. 251 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a contract with Capital
       Region Reign Softball league in connection with leasing the Lishakill Softball Complex.

       Resolution No. 252 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a contract with Colonie
       Pickleball Club, Inc. in connection with leasing the Pickleball Courts at the Mohawk
       River Park.

Public Hearing in connection to a local law for the rezoning of land located at 409 Vly Road
from Single Family Residential (SFR) to Commercial Office Residential (COR) and approving a
negative declaration under SEQRA (“State Environmental Quality Review Act”) for this unlisted
action.

       Resolution No. 253 of 2024
       Resolution adopting/not adopting a local law for the rezoning of land located
       at 409 Vly Road from Single Family Residential (SFR) to Commercial Office
       Residential (COR) and approving a negative declaration under SEQRA
       (“State Environmental Quality Review Act”) for this unlisted action.
