Resolutions
      Resolution No. 203 Final Resolution, Order and Determination pursuant to
      Article 12A of the New York State Town Law in relation to the establishment
      of Extension No. 172 to the Latham Water District in the Town of Colonie,
      County of Albany, State of New York.

      Resolution No. 204 requiring the Planning and Economic Development
      Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 12 Justin Street
      in the Maxwell Road Senior PDD.

      Resolution No. 205 requiring the Planning and Economic Development
      Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 2 Justin Street in
      the Maxwell Road Senior PDD.

      Resolution No. 206 requiring the Planning and Economic Development
      Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 27 Harbor Lane
      in the Shelter Cove PDD.

      Resolution No. 207 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider an
      open development area at 415A Albany Shaker Road.

      Resolution No. 208 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General
      Services to advertise for bids in connection with the purchase of aeration tank
      slide gates for the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant.

      Resolution No. 209 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor
      Service Agreement with Adirondack Mechanical Services, LLC in
      connection with replacing the grit tank #1 header pipes at the Mohawk View
      Water Pollution Control Plant.
Resolution No. 210 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor
Service Agreement with Motion Automation Intelligence, a division of
Motion Industries, Inc., in connection with diagnosing and repairing the
control systems on various pieces of equipment at the Mohawk View Water
Pollution Control Plant.

Resolution No. 211 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law,
approving the list of all volunteer members of the S.W. Pitts Hose Company,
Inc. submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department and
identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for credit under the
Service Award Program for 2023.

Resolution No. 212 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for
2024 with the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department in connection with the
use of the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course located on Onderdonk
Road.

Resolution No. 213 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a one-year
extended warranty coverage with Micro Focus Government Solutions, LLC
in connection with the maintenance of a Data Protector Starter Pack for
Linux SW-E-LTU Business Support for the Police Department.

Resolution No. 214 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a one-year
Agreement with The Animal Protective Foundation in connection with dogs
being seized in the course of providing dog control services within the Town
of Colonie.

Resolution No. 215 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
connection with litigation.

Resolution No. 216 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for
overestimated water usage at 17 Jones Drive.

Resolution No. 217 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor
Service Agreement with Municipal H2O in connection with RMP
Compliance Services at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the
DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 218 awarding the bid to Autosaver Ford Inc. in connection
with one (1) 2024 Roll-Off Dumpster Truck for the DPW/Division of
Highway and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.
     Resolution No. 219 awarding the bid to New Castle Paving, LLC in
     connection with In Place Asphalt Concrete Paving for the year 2024 and
     authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.

     Resolution No. 220 awarding the bids to various vendors in connection with
     the purchase for Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Parts for 2024.

     Resolution No. 221 authorizing the expenses in connection with securing the
     property located 21 Booth Street as authorized by Chapter 62 of the Town
     Code of the Town of Colonie and levying the same on the 2025 Tax Roll.

     Resolution No. 222 authorizing the Supervisor to execute the New Third
     Party Custodian Agreement between M&T Bank, the Town of Colonie and
     Wilmington Trust, N.A. for the Comptroller’s Office.

     Resolution No. 223 authorizing the Receiver of Taxes to accept credit card
     payments in person for tax bills and water bills.

     Resolution No. 224 calling a public hearing in regard to the proposed
     rezoning of a portion of land located at 409 Vly Road from Single Family
     Residential (SFR) to Commercial Office Residential (COR).

     Resolution No. 225 rescinding Resolution No. 198 for 2024 and authorizing
     the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Carbon
     Activated Corp. in connection with the Granular Activated Carbon Filter
     Media Removal and Replacement Project at the Mohawk View Water
     Treatment Plant.
