Resolution No. 190 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Facility-Use Agreement with the County of Albany to allow Memorial Town Hall to be utilized as a polling place for two 2024 Primary Elections and the 2024 General Election. Resolution No. 191 authorizing the retention of Ramboll Engineers to assist outside counsel in the prosecution of Colonie v. Global litigation. Resolution No. 192 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Cedar Tree Properties in connection with applying four (4) scheduled lawn fertilization treatments at Town Hall, Public Operations and Public Safety sites. Resolution No. 193 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Swan Analytical USA, Inc. in connection with a 30-day trial for pH probe to test for functionality at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 194 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the failure of the 30” BWPS valve and the repair of the 24” River Road water main leak for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 195 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Facility Gateway Corporation in connection with providing labor, equipment, travel and materials to perform the annual preventative maintenance on the main UPS and batteries at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 196 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Capital Safety Services, Inc. in connection with safety training at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 197 awarding the bid to F.W. Webb Company, Ferguson Water Works and Core & Main LP for Pipe, Fittings and Hydrants for 2024 for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements for same. Resolution No. 198 awarding the bid to Carbon Activated Corporation in connection with the Granular Activated Carbon Filter Media Removal and Replacement and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 199 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with North Colonie School District and South Colonie School District in connection with the use of the tennis courts for the Town’s summer tennis program. Resolution No. 200 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 58 Preston Drive in the Canterbury Crossing PDD. Public Hearing Public Hearing in connection to a Lease Agreement with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless in connection with a lease of a portion of certain property owned by the Latham Water District at 21 and 23 John Street and 85A Dunsbach Ferry Road (known as the “John Street Water Tank Parcel”) for the construction and operation of a wireless telecommunications facility at such location and approving a negative declaration for the Unlisted Action under SEQRA (“State Environmental Quality Review Act”).
