Wilsey Resolutions Resolution No. 108 calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to Article 12A of State of New York Town Law in Relation to the Existing Maintenance Shop and Proposed Warehouse Buildings at 50-51 Pennsylvania Road – S.I.A. 2022-002 Resolution No. 109 calling a public hearing pursuant to Article 12A of the New York State Town Law in relation to the establishment of Extension No. 172 to the Latham Water District. Resolution No. 110 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Constitution State Services, LLC to provide third-party administration services for workers’ compensation claims made under the Town’s self-insured retention. Resolution No. 111 authorizing acceptance of an endorsement to the Town’s current unmanned aircraft liability insurance coverage to add one (1) additional drone. Resolution No. 112 appointing Jamie Sbardella as a member to the Library Board of Trustees. Resolution No. 113 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. in connection with maintenance of the door entry systems at the Public Safety Building. Resolution No. 114 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Finish Right Timing in connection with the Cops for Kids Family 5K. Resolution No. 115 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Schuyler Meadows Club, Inc. in connection with the annual D.A.R.E. Golf Tournament on Monday, May 20, 2024. Resolution No. 116 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Aladtec, Inc. in connection with the Online Employee Scheduling and Workforce Management System for the Police Department. Resolution No. 117 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of all volunteer members of the Shaker Road-Loudonville Fire Department submitted and certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2023. Resolution No. 118 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Carousel Industries in connection with Avaya phone support and maintenance at various Town facilities. Resolution No. 119 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 120 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with VHB at a cost of $12,000.00 to perform tax parcel maintenance updates to the GIS Tax Parcel Data Layer for the Management Information Systems Department. Resolution No. 121 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with VHB at a cost of $5,000.00 to host the Town of Colonie Map Viewer portal for the Management Information Systems Department. Resolution No. 122 awarding the bid for Turf Products for the year 2024 for the Parks & Recreation Department to Nutrien Ag Solutions, Seeton Turf Warehouse, Site One Landscaping and Valley Green and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements for the same. Resolution No. 123 adding the Domestic Abuse Distribution option to the Town’s Deferred Compensation Plan for the year 2024. Resolution No. 124 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with the City of Troy in connection with Tactical Team Joint Services with the Police Department. Resolution No. 125 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Island Tech Services, LLC, in connection with the up-fitting of the Town’s emergency vehicles with computer systems, consoles, emergency lighting and accessories for the Police Department.
