Comptroller Resolution No. 16 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Agreements in connection with Bond Counsel, Advisory Services and management services for the Town IDA and Town Local Development Corporation for 2024. DPW Resolution No. 17 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Release of Easements for 2024. Resolution No. 18 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Right of Entry Agreements for 2024. PEDD Resolution No. 32 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to Land Use Review Fees and adopting a new Planning and Economic Development Land Use Review Fee Schedule for 2024. Pure Waters Resolution No. 33 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with the Schuyler Road Pump Station Rehabilitation Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 34 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 59 Cascade Terrace by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 35 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 11 Warehouse Row by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 36 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 10 Jules Drive by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Senior Resources Resolution No. 37 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with various senior citizens clubs for 2024. Town Attorney’s Office Resolution No. 38 authorizing payment in the amount of $252.70 to Brian Hegarty in connection with a claim for certain property damage at 59 Cascade Terrace, Niskayuna, NY 12309. Resolution No. 39 authorizing payment in the amount of $3,800.00 to Joyce Shanley in connection with a claim for certain property damage at 4105 River Road, Latham, NY 12110. Resolution No. 40 authorizing payment in the amount of $1,188.00 to Enzo Sofia in connection with a claim for certain property damage at 389 Troy Schenectady Road, Latham, NY 12110. Resolution No. 41 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with the retention of Excess General Liability insurance coverage for the Town through Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company (Old Republic). Resolution No. 42 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 43 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an annual operating agreement with the Friends of Pruyn House for 2024. Resolution No. 44 authorizing the Supervisor to execute business associate agreements with persons who perform functions, activities or services on behalf of, or for, the Town of Colonie that involve the use or disclosure of individually identifiable health information. Resolution No. 45 authorizing the Supervisor to issue Self-Insurance and Indemnification letters throughout the calendar year 2024. Resolution No. 46 authorizing the Supervisor to accept gifts or donations to the Town of Colonie with a value of $7,500.00 or less. Resolution No. 47 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the appropriate department heads, to enter into agreements with the other municipalities for the performance of municipal functions pursuant to General Municipal Law § 119-o for 2024. Resolution No. 48 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the appropriate department heads, to execute agreements, applications, permits, certifications, Orders on Consent and other documents as required by various federal, state and county agencies. Resolution No. 49 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the appropriate department heads, to execute any and all documents in connection with grant applications.
