      Resolution No. 491 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Guardian
      Life Insurance Company of America to provide life insurance to Town employees for the
      2024 calendar year.

      Resolution No. 492 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
      District Physicians Health Plan in connection with providing health insurance to Town
      employees for 2024.

      Resolution No. 493 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
      District Physicians Health Plan in connection with a Medicare Advantage Health
      Insurance Plan for retirees for 2024.

      Resolution No. 494 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Capital
      District Physicians Health Plan and Health Equity to administer the Flexible Spending
      Account Plan for 2024.

      Resolution No. 495 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Burke
      Group to design and administer a Job Evaluation plan and Compensation Program for
      Senior Management positions.

      Resolution No. 496 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
      HECORP, Inc. d/b/a Hamer Enterprises in connection with providing internet based
      credit card and electronic check payment processing.

      Resolution No. 497 awarding the bid to New Loudon Cleaners, Inc. d/b/a Lapels Dry
      Cleaning in connection with the Annual Cleaning and Maintenance of the Clothing for
      the year 2024 to be used by various Town departments and authorizing the Supervisor to
      execute an agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 498 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Systems
      Development Group, Inc. in connection with support for the Town of Colonie’s Image
      Mate software in the Assessor’s Office.
Resolution No. 499 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to
advertise for bids in connection with Automated Control Services for the DPW/Division
of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 500 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 with CHA
Companies in connection with the Brookhill Drive, Cascade Terrace and Ashford Lane
Water Main Replacement Project Area A for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 501 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Service
Agreement with C.T. Male Associates in connection with the 172nd Extension for the
DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 502 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Service
Agreement with C.T. Male Associates in connection with Dam Safety Inspections for the
Stony Creek Reservoir Dam.

Resolution No. 503 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 with Xylem
in connection with the pipe and valve failure at the Mohawk View High Lift Pump
Station for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 504 awarding bid to Concept Print in connection with the Town Wide
Printing of NCR Snap and Miscellaneous Forms for 2024 and authorizing the Supervisor
to enter into an Agreement for same.

Frames, Grates, Covers and Extension Rings for the year 2024 and authorizing the
Supervisor to execute an Agreement for same.

Resolution No. 506 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Barton &
Loguidice in connection with the Historic Newtonville Post Office Facility Assessment
Update and Colonie Mohawk River Park Munitions Building Evaluation.

Resolution No. 507 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with East
Coast Power LLC in connection with providing repair, replacement and installation of
Town owned street lights.

Resolution No. 508 awarding the bid to Master Medical Equipment in connection with
the sale of surplus Stryker Stair-Pro Chairs.

Resolution No. 509 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 03E with
Spring Electric, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant
Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.

Resolution No. 510 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of
the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 85 of the Town Code.
