Valois Resolutions Resolution No. 339 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with RBM Guardian Fire Protection, Inc. in connection with the fire sprinkler systems testing and inspections. Resolution No. 340 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids for the transfer of the EMS Department’s Technical Support Unit (TSU-2) utility body and related equipment to be attached to and mounted upon the 2024 Chevrolet 3500 vehicle chassis that the Town recently agreed to purchase for use with the TSU-2. Resolution No. 341 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to the fee schedule for the Emergency Medical Services Department and adopting a new fee schedule for the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 342 authorizing the renewal of the 2nd bid for Industrial Chemicals for the year 2023. Resolution No. 343 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc. in connection with the administration of Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program using HOME funds. Resolution No. 344 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement with the Affordable Housing Partnership of the Capital Region, Inc. in connection with COVID-19 Mortgage Relief Program. Resolution No. 345 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York in connection with COVID-19 Homeless Prevention Project. Resolution No. 346 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement with Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region, Inc. in connection with COVID-19 Small Business Grant. Resolution No. 347 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement with Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region, Inc. in connection with COVID-19 Technical Assistance for Colonie Small Businesses. Resolution No. 348 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Agreement with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York in connection with COVID-19 Emergency Housing Assistance Program. Resolution No. 349 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 65 Rooney Avenue by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 350 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with BAS Integration Consultants in connection with the maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 351 authorizing the Supervisor to execute and submit a new account application to the NY MuniTrust Local Government Investment Pool and open accounts within said pool. Resolution No. 352 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossing PDD at 53 Preston Drive. Resolution No. 353 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Shelter Cove PDD at 11 Harbor Lane. Resolution No. 354 establishing a Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution, pursuant to 2 NYCRR 315.4, for elected and appointed officials for membership and service credit in the New York State and Local Retirement System. Resolution No. 355 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Lumichron Commercial Clocks in connection with the purchase and installation of a 6- foot diameter clock at Memorial Town Hall. Resolution No. 356 amending Resolution No. 97 of 2023 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements in connection with the Town Attorney’s Office operations for 2023. Resolution No. 357 amending Resolution No. 551 for 2022 in connection with adding the title of Small Engine Repair Mechanic Assistant at the Golf Course in the Parks and Recreation Department.
