Resolutions
      Resolution No. 297 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk
      Management Services, Inc. in connection with renewal of the Town’s Government Entity
      Crime Liability coverage with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America.

       Resolution No. 298 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
       usage at 5 Country Ridge and 3 Tremont Drive.

       Resolution No. 299 awarding the bid to Fort Orange Press, Inc. in connection
       with the Printing and Mailing of Water Meter Cards for the DPW/Division of
       Latham Water.

       Resolution No. 300 awarding the bid to Anjo Construction LTD in connection with the
       Brookhill Drive, Cascade Terrace and Ashford Lane Water Main Replacement Project
       and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.

       Resolution No. 301 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
       for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

       Resolution No. 302 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Aquatic
       Weed Harvesting LLC in connection with the mechanical harvesting of water chestnuts at
       the Colonie Mohawk River Park.

       Resolution No. 303 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to
       advertise for bids in connection with the purchase of two (2) new 2023 One Ton Dump
       Trucks for the DPW/Division of Highway.

       Resolution No. 304 for the Town Board to approve modifications to the 2023 operating
       budget.
     Resolution No. 305 authorizing the renewal of the bid for PVC Pipe & Fittings to Core &
     Main.

     Resolution No. 306 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 2E to the
     contract with Spring Electric, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution
     Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.

     Resolution No. 307 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 4 with GHD
     in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier
     Rehabilitation Project.

     Resolution No. 308 awarding the bid to Birdsall Excavation and Construction LLC in
     connection with the 2023 Sanitary Sewer Repair Program and authorizing the Supervisor
     to execute an agreement for same.

     Resolution No. 309 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 2G to the
     contract with U.W. Marx, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution
     Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.

     Resolution No. 310 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contract with Northeastern
     New York Section, Professional Golfers’ Association of America in connection with the
     Home Site Lease Extension.

     Resolution No. 311 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
     of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

     Resolution No. 312 appointing John B. Casey, Esq. to the position of Vehicle
     & Traffic Prosecutor.

     Resolution No. 313 appointing Ryan Caponera, Esq. as a member and
     Chairman to the Sign Review Board.

     Resolution No. 314 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with
     APB Builders LLC in connection with the restoration of the Carriage House
     doors and windows at the Pruyn House.
