Resolution No. 271 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 34 Nantucket Street in the Shelter Cove PDD. Resolution No. 272 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 36 Nantucket Street in the Shelter Cove PDD. Resolution No. 279 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with B&L Control Service, Inc. in connection with required chemical treatment services of two (2) cooling towers at the Public Operations and Public Safety Facilities. Resolution No. 280 declaring a 2000 Volvo L120D Loader as surplus and a 2004 John Deere 624J Loader as surplus and allowing the both loaders to be traded in to purchase a new 2023 Hyundai HL995A wheel loader for the DPW/Division of Highway. Resolution No. 281 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Lease Agreement with John Deere Financial in connection with the lease of a new 2023 John Deere 624L Loader for the DPW/Division of Highway. Resolution No. 282 awarding the bid to United Construction & Forestry in connection with the purchase of John Deere Construction Equipment Parts for 2023. Resolution No. 283 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 284 authorizing the renewal with Joseph R. Wunderlich, Inc. in connection with the bid for Sand for Ice Control. Resolution No. 285 authorizing the renewal with David Frueh Contracting, LLC in connection with the bid for Sludge Hauling for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 286 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Data Works Plus in connection with the annual maintenance and support for the RICI Plus Livescan System for the Police Department. Resolution No. 287 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Vehicle Use Agreement with National Insurance Crime Bureau to accept a motor vehicle to be used by the Colonie Police Department for law enforcement purposes. Resolution No. 288 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a one-year Agreement with IamResponding in connection with a service that allows for the Communications Division to rapidly notify designated Police Department employees of critical incidents. Resolution No. 289 authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to reject the bid received for the Mohawk River Park Hydro Raking 2023 Project. Resolution No. 290 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the United Public Service Employees Union, Unit E in connection with filling open shifts through August 31, 2023. Resolution No. 292 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to ยง68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.
