REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING – March 23, 2023 - 7:00 PM Agenda Review Session – 6:00 PM Supervisor Conference Room Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 192 approving a grade adjustment for the position of Sanitary Engineer the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 193 amending Resolution No. 550 for 2022 in connection with adding the title of CPR/Community Outreach Coordinator in the EMS Department and replacing the title of Roadside Debris Removal Worker with the title Assistant Laborer. Resolution No. 194 amending Resolution No. 551 for 2022 in connection with increasing the number of positions and the pay range for the Park Ranger title in the Crossings Park. Resolution No. 195 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement to extend the Deferred Compensation Plan with Empower through July 25, 2024. Resolution No. 196 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 11 Meadowlark Drive by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 197 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the failure of Raw Water Pump #3 at the Mohawk View Low Lift Pump Station for the DPW/Division of Latham Water in an amount not to exceed $20,976.00. Resolution No. 198 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Matco Electric Corporation in connection with shutdowns and startups needed for the vendor’s arc flash and safety programs at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and for the use by various Town Departments. Resolution No. 199 calling a public hearing in connection with the Town of Colonie’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs. Resolution No. 200 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossing PDD. Resolution No. 201 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with eCLIPSE Network Solutions, LLC for the Police Department video surveillance system. Resolution No. 202 approving the appointment of Emergency Services Committee Operations Officers. Resolution No. 203 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 204 rescinding Resolution No. 476 for 2022 and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to purchase a Mobile Command Center Vehicle through the GSA Disaster Purchase Program and authorizing the Supervisor to execute any and all documents to process the purchase. Resolution No. 205 awarding the bid to Evolution Construction Services LLC in connection with the Mohawk River Park Courts & Parking Lot Replacement and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 206 granting TEFRA approval in connection with the King Thiel II Senior Community.
