Resolution No. 182 authorizing the Supervisor to provide a written Fishing Access Verification to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation for various parcels along the Lisha Kill Creek bordering the Town of Colonie Golf Course and the Lisha Kill Pocket Park. Resolution No. 183 awarding the bid to Twin Bridges Waste & Recycling Service in connection with Leaf and Brush Collection Services for 2023 and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same. Resolution No. 184 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with United Construction & Forestry/John Deere in connection with the rental of a John Deere 624KBT loader for the Highway garage. Resolution No. 185 accepting the dedication of Edenfield Street, Trimble Street, Baylor Street, Delia Street and 1 Delia Street in the Cold Spring Subdivision. Resolution No. 186 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with hydro-raking of approximately 3.5 acres along the shoreline at the Colonie Mohawk River Park. Resolution No. 187 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with a bathymetric survey of approximately 4 acres along the shoreline and in the Mohawk River at the Colonie Mohawk River Park. Resolution No. 189 approving a grade adjustment for the position of Clerk to Town Justice in the Justice Department. Resolution No. 190 authorizing the Supervisor to amend an agreement with Alliance Risk Group, Inc. in connection with the provision of claims management services through 2025.
