Resolution No. 77 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a renewal agreement with Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc. in connection with the administration of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Resolution No. 78 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with Roemer, Wallens, Gold & Mineaux, LLP in connection with labor relations services for the year 2023. Resolution No. 79 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Behavioral Health Specialist, PLLC for the year 2023. Resolution No. 80 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Dr. Robert Wishnoff in connection with providing substance abuse professional services for the year 2023. Resolution No. 81 approving an adjustment of hours of work for the positions of Building Maintenance Technician and Assistant Building Maintenance Technician from a 35 hour work week to a 40 hour work week. Resolution No. 82 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 83 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossing PDD. Resolution No. 84 approving an Open Development Area at 93 Fisler Avenue (to be known as 82 Cordell Road). Resolution No. 85 declaring one set of Globe Firefighter gear and two sets of Quaker Safety Products firefighter gear as surplus and will donate to Shaker Road Loudonville Fire Department Explorer Post. Resolution No. 86 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with the development of the Division of Pure Waters Collection Operations Facility. Resolution No. 87 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 4R Winslow Drive by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 88 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 105 Overlook Avenue by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 89 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Micheli Contracting Corporation in connection with assisting Latham Water District with emergency repairs in the event of a water main break and to be used by various departments at a cost not to exceed $20,000.00. Resolution No. 90 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 3 with Ramboll in connection with additional engineering services for the River Road Storage and Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant Mixing Project. Resolution No. 91 awarding a Request for Proposal for Physician and Medical Services to Access Compliance, LLC and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 92 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with National Business Equipment and Supply in connection with the lease of a copier for the Justice Department. Resolution No. 93 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Aladtec, Inc. in connection with the Online Employee Scheduling and Workforce Management System for the Police Department. Resolution No. 94 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with Pittsfield Communications Systems, Inc. in connection with the maintenance of the Public Safety radio system for the Police Department. Resolution No. 95 authorizing the Town Board to approve the Town Procurement Policy and to approve a revision to incorporate the list of Town Employees responsible for purchasing pursuant to General Municipal Law Section 104-b and a new section for Policies and Procedures for Determining Vendor Responsibility. Resolution No. 96 affirming the Plan Document for the Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of the Town of Colonie. Resolution No. 97 amending Resolution No. 579 of 2022 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements in connection with the Town Attorney’s Office operations for 2023. Resolution No. 98 designating one permanent and one alternate member to the represent the Town on the Stormwater Coalition of Albany County. Resolution No. 99 authorizing payment in the amount of $202.25 to Kate Shellard in connection with a claim submitted by Ms. Shellard on December 5, 2022. Resolution No. 100 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a contract with Janice Davis Design LLC for the design and installation of artwork in the Library Children’s Room. Resolution No. 101 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law amending Chapter 189A of the Town Code. Resolution No. 102 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with TK Elevator in connection with the maintenance of elevators at various Town sites for the year 2023. Resolution No. 103 determining that the public benefit accompanying the board approval of the Planned Development District for Colonie Senior Services Centers, Inc. on September 21, 2021 is determined to be $350,000. Resolution No. 104 authorizing the continued retention of professional services providers for Town matters begun prior to 2023. Resolution No. 105 authorizing the undertaking of improvements to various Town facilities and the acquisition of various equipment, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $914,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 106 authorizing improvements to Town building HVAC systems, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $437,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 107 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to the Pure Waters District, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,623,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 108 authorizing the acquisition of various Town equipment for emergency services, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $606,750 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 109 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to various storm sewer systems in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,500,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 110 authorizing the undertaking of improvements to various Town facilities, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $763,500 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 111 authorizing replacement of Public Operations Center Fleet Maintenance garage roof, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $300,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 112 authorizing the undertaking of various highway and street reconstruction and paving projects in the Town of Colonie, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,500,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 113 authorizing the acquisition of various Town highway and facilities machinery and apparatus, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $405,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 114 authorizing the construction, reconstruction, renovation and installation of improvements to the Latham Water District, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $5,511,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 115 finding that the request by Amedore Homes to adjust the configuration of condominium units in the Canterbury Crossing Planned Development District constitutes a minor amendment and authorizing the Director of Planning and Economic Development to administratively review such request. Resolution No. 116 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with Excess General Liability Insurance coverage through Pennsylvania Manufacturers Assoc. Insurance Co. (Old Republic Insurance Group) and ratifying any prior actions taken in connection with such policy. Resolution No. 117 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with Excess Public Officials Liability Insurance through Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company and ratifying any prior actions taken in connection with such policy. Resolution No. 118 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. in connection with Public Officials and Employment Practices Liability Insurance through Greenwich Insurance Company and ratifying any prior actions taken in connection with such policy. Resolution No. 119 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to the fee schedule for the Emergency Medical Services Department and adopting a new fee schedule for the Emergency Medical Services Department.
