Resolutions
      Resolution No. 446 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
      of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

      Resolution No. 447 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the Upper
      Hudson Library System for the William K. Sanford Library from January 1, 2023 to
      December 31, 2026.

      Resolution No. 448 awarding the bid to Baker & Taylor, Inc. in connection with the
      purchase of book and audio-visual materials for 2023 for the William K. Sanford Library
      at a cost of $153,560.00.

      Resolution No. 449 directing a public hearing upon the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal
      year 2023.

      Resolution No. 450 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
      review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossing PDD.

      Resolution No. 451 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a three (3) year Agreement
      with Microsoft for an Enterprise license at a cost of $82,220.92 per year.

      Resolution No. 452 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with North
      Colonie Central School District in connection with a partial reimbursement to the Town
      of $11,000.00 for providing school crossing guards.

      Resolution No. 453 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with South
      Colonie Central School District in connection with a partial reimbursement to the Town
      of $11,000.00 for providing school crossing guards.
Resolution No. 454 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Latham Water District
Payment Plan Agreement with Joshua Callaghan in connection with overdue water usage
at 2 Thames Drive.

Resolution No. 455 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
District Physicians Health Plan in connection with a Medicare Advantage Health
Insurance Plan for retirees for 2023.

Resolution No. 456 awarding the bid for Precast Concrete Manholes, Catch Basins and
Drywells for the year 2023 in the amount of $89,355.00.

Resolution No. 457 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

Resolution No. 458 recognizing Rosemary Newton in her training capacity for the
Department of Civil Service from October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

Resolution No. 459 amending Resolution No. 425-C for 2022 correcting the effective
date from October 11, 2022 to October 17, 2022.

Resolution No. 460 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of
the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 137 of the Town Code
regarding a leash law on Town property.

Resolution No. 461 approving the appointment of Emergency Services Committee
Operations Officers.
