DiGiulio Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 346 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Troy and Banks to conduct a Cable Franchise Audit with all companies serving the Town of Colonie. Resolution No. 347 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a true lease with Quadient Leasing in connection with a replacement postage mailing machine. Resolution No. 348 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency with KJ Electric in connection with the repair of pumps, motors and drives at the Mohawk View High Lift Pump Station for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 349 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement and Business Associate Agreement with Ratchford Law Group in connection with collection services for various Town departments. Resolution No. 350 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 351 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with North Colonie Central School District. Resolution No. 352 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 353 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Engineering Agreement with GHD Consulting Services, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 354 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management to provide Property Insurance through Travelers Property Casualty Company of America. Resolution No. 355 authorizing the Supervisor to execute two Grant Disbursement Agreements with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and authorizing the Town’s expenditure to complete the purchase. Resolution No. 356 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with LaBella Associates in connection with the Colonie Mohawk River Park Courts and Parking Lot Replacement Project. Resolution No. 357 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with T.S. Ensemble Band in connection with them performing at the Harvest Fest on October 2, 2022 at The Crossings. Resolution No. 358 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with demolition services at 6 Corthell Street by DiTonno & Sons.
