       Resolution No. 276 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the New
       York State Justice Center to allow access to, and use of, the Police Range and Training
       Facility.

       Resolution No. 277 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the Federal
       Air Marshal Service to allow access to, and use of, the Police Range and Training
       Facility.

       Resolution No. 278 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Life
       Church in connection with the use of its Albany location as an emergency
       evacuation/reunification site for Colonie schools in the event of emergencies warranting
       school evacuations.

       Resolution No. 279 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider an open
       development area at 11 Island View Road.

       Resolution No. 280 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
       review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossing PDD.

       Resolution No. 281 awarding the bid to PlanIt Geo, Inc. in connection with Tree

Resolution No. 283 awarding the bid to Pad Business Forms in connection with the
Printing and Mailing of Water Meter Cards for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 284 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
usage at 3 West Garling Drive.

Resolution No. 285 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 8 University Street by ANJO Construction,
Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 286 awarding the bids to J. Squared Construction Corp. and Spring
Electric, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Blower
Replacement Project and authorizing the Supervisor to execute agreements for same.

Resolution No. 287 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for request for
proposals for third party credit card merchant services.

Resolution No. 288 appointing Daniel Grebert to the Employee Assistance Program
Committee.

Resolution No. 289 awarding the bid to Anjo Construction in connection with the 2022
Sanitary Sewer Repair Program and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement
for same.

Resolution No. 290 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contract with County Waste
in connection with the recycling at the Town Library.

Policy and to approve a revision to the Town Procurement Policy and Procedure to
