Resolution No. 215 of 2022 Resolution adopting/not adopting the Town of Colonie’s 2022 Annual Entitlement Action Plan and authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute all related documents pertaining to the Community Development Block Grant, HOME and Section 8 Programs. Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 216 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Colonie Senior Services Center, Inc. in connection with providing scholarships for the adult day care program. Resolution No. 217 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the Colonie Youth Center, Inc. in connection with providing scholarships for the School-Age childcare programs. Resolution No. 218 for the Town Board to approve modifications to the 2022 operating budget. Resolution No. 219 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Shelter Cove PDD. Resolution No. 220 authorizing the waiver of the $100.00 protected watercourse permit fee for 205 Consaul Road. Resolution No. 221 awarding the bid for Asphalt Concrete Materials F.O.B. Plant for the DPW/Division of Highway for Year 2022. Resolution No. 222 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to the sale of screened and raw road materials and adopting a new fee schedule for the sale of screened and raw road materials. Resolution No. 223 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 224 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 796 First Street a/k/a 900 First Street by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 225 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with AA Sewer and Drain in connection with providing cleaning and television inspection of underground utility lines, drains and plumbing work for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 226 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement with Arcadis of New York, Inc. to provide construction administration and construction observation in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Blower Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 227 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 01G to the contract with U.W. Marx, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 228 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 01E to the contract with Spring Electric, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 229 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation. Resolution No. 230 appointing or reappointing members to the Senior Citizens Club Committee for 2022. Resolution No. 231 awarding the bid to F.W. Webb, Ferguson Water Works and Core & Main for Pipe, Fittings and Hydrants for 2022. Resolution No. 232 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with TJ’s Building & Remodeling in connection with hanging the William K. Sanford brass plaque at the Library. Resolution No. 233 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Collective Bargaining Agreement with CSEA Unit C. Resolution No. 234 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to adopting a Fee Schedule for the Parks and Recreation Department and adopting a new Fee Schedule for Parks and Recreation for 2022. Resolution No. 235 conveying a private utility easement to the property owners of lots 41 and 42 Proctor Avenue and 22 and 31 Harding Avenue in connection with maintaining storm water practices as shown on the Schuyler Manor Final Subdivision Plan subject to permissive referendum. Resolution No. 236 authorizing the expenditure of funds for reimbursement for the cost of a valve that was damaged during the replacement of a water meter at 12 Glenmore Road. Resolution No. 237 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Mungeam Gold Design, Inc. in connection with the evaluation and recommendations on potential improvements to the Town of Colonie Golf Course. Resolution No. 238 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Electric City Bombers in connection with the organization leasing five (5) softball fields at the Lisha Kill Sports Complex. Resolution No. 239 approving the 2022 changes to the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and the resulting composite 2022 Town of Colonie Emergency Management Plan. Resolution No. 240 appointing Paul Sugrue to the Executive Safety Committee.
