Resolution No. 170 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with North Colonie School District in connection with the use of the tennis courts for the Town’s summer tennis program. Resolution No. 171 awarding the bid to SM Gallivan in connection with the purchase of certified playground mulch for 2022 for the Parks & Recreation Department. Resolution No. 172 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with the County of Albany for funding for the Youth Services Advisory Board and Town of Colonie Park Playground under the Youth Development Program for 2021. Resolution No. 179 authorizing the Supervisor to sign any and all documents with Pioneer Bank to provide for the delivery of a letter of credit in connection with the conversion of LED streetlights in the Town of Colonie. Resolution No. 181 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement with GHD Consulting Services in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Blower Rehabilitation Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.
