Resolutions
       Resolution No. 169 confirming and designating depositories of Town Funds and
       authorizing the Supervisor, or its designee, to open, transfer and close accounts as
       deemed necessary.

       Resolution No. 170 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with North
       Colonie School District in connection with the use of the tennis courts for the Town’s
       summer tennis program.

       Resolution No. 171 awarding the bid to SM Gallivan in connection with the purchase of
       certified playground mulch for 2022 for the Parks & Recreation Department.

       Resolution No. 172 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with the
       County of Albany for funding for the Youth Services Advisory Board and Town of
       Colonie Park Playground under the Youth Development Program for 2021.

       Resolution No. 173 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
       of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

       Resolution No. 174 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
       connection with the Low Lift Pump Station and Motor #3 Diagnostics and Repair for the
       DPW/Division of Latham Water.
Resolution No. 175 renaming Autopark Drive to Wellness Way.

Resolution No. 176 rejecting the bid in connection with the purchase of copy paper and
bond paper.

Resolution No. 177 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with preventative maintenance and repairs of various generators and related
equipment for various Town locations and departments.

Resolution No. 178 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Collective Bargaining
Agreement with CSEA Unit B.

Resolution No. 179 authorizing the Supervisor to sign any and all documents with
Pioneer Bank to provide for the delivery of a letter of credit in connection with the
conversion of LED streetlights in the Town of Colonie.

Resolution No. 180 awarding the bid to F.W. Webb Company in connection with Heavy
Duty Frames, Grates and Extension Rings for the year 2022.

Resolution No. 181 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement
with GHD Consulting Services in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution
Control Plant Blower Rehabilitation Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 182 authorizing the Supervisor to execute and submit an application to
the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Resolution No. 183 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Finish
Right Timing in connection with the Cops for Kids Family 5K.

Resolution No. 184 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

Resolution No. 185 authorizing the Supervisor to amend the existing contract with
Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.

Resolution No. 186 approving a grade and hours adjustment for the position of Network
Administrator in the Management Information Systems Department.

Resolution No. 187 awarding the bids for Fleet Equipment Parts and Supplies for 2022,
rejecting the bids for Aftermarket Light Truck parts and authorizing the General Services
Director re-advertise for bids for New Holland parts.
