Resolution No. 366 of 2021 Resolution approving/not approving a proposed Local Law amending Local Law #11 of 2015 (Elks Lane PDD). Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 367 directing a public hearing upon the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year 2022. Resolution No. 368 appointing Aaron Malinoski to the Employee Assistance Program Committee. Resolution No. 369 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital District Physicians Health Plan in connection with a Medicare Advantage Health Insurance Plan for 2022. Resolution No. 370 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Guardian Life Insurance Company of America to provide life insurance to Town employees for the 2022 calendar year. Resolution No. 371 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with the New York State Employee’s Retirement System to allow retirees to have their health insurance premiums deducted from their retirement checks. Resolution No. 372 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 96 Wilkins Avenue by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 373 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 7 Sunnyside Avenue by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 374 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Engineering Service Agreement with Advanced Engineering & Surveying PLLC in connection with the Town Wide Surveying Services for 2021. Resolution No. 375 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into Sale & Purchase Agreements with the North Colonie Central School District and South Colonie School District in connection with the supply of salt for use during the winter season of 2021/2022. Resolution No. 376 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with BST & Co. CPA’s, LLP in connection with independent audit services related to the audit of the Deferred Compensation Plan for employees of the Town. Resolution No. 377 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with BST & Co. CPA’s, LLP in connection with independent audit services related to the audit of the Town’s annual financial statement. Resolution No. 378 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Mobile Solid Solutions to increase the expenditure limit. Resolution No. 379 awarding bid to International Dioxcide, Inc. in connection with Liquid Sodium Chlorite for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 380 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with KJ Electric to increase the expenditure limit for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 381 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with IXOM Watercare in connection with the inspection and repair or replacement of the GS mixers at the Osborne Road Elevated and Vly High Tanks for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 382 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Shaker Road Loudonville Fire Department for the Emergency Medical Services Department. Resolution No. 383 calling a Public Hearing in connection with the submission of one or more Community Development Block Grant applications for the 2021 program year for the Planning & Economic Development Department. Resolution No. 384 refunding bond resolution of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, adopted on October 14, 2021 authorizing the issuance of refunding bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,000,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law and providing for other matters in relation thereto. Resolution No. 385 authorizing the undertaking of the NYPA Turn-Key LED Street Lighting Project, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $5,000,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 386 authorizing the payment of a judgment relating to a personal injury case, authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000 of the Town of Colonie, Albany County, New York, pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance said purpose and delegating the power to issue bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the sale of such bonds to the Town Supervisor. Resolution No. 387 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Capital District Physicians Health Plan to administer the Flexible Spending Account program.
