Resolution No. 313 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Micro Focus Government Solutions, LLC in connection with a one-year extended warranty for the maintenance of a Data Protector Starter Pack for Linux E-LTU. Resolution No. 314 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 44 Traditional Lane and 331 Vly Road. Resolution No. 315 awarding the bid to Mobile Solid Solutions in connection with the 2nd Lagoon Cleanout and Dewatering for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 316 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the Low Lift Pump Station repairs at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 317 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Service Agreement with H2M in connection with the inspection of 16 water storage tanks for the DPW/Division of Latham Water. Resolution No. 318 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Pro-Tech Scale Service in connection with services at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and for use by various Town Departments. Resolution No. 319 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Scale Service and Supply Company in connection with services at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and for use by various Town Departments. Resolution No. 320 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Statement of Intent Form with the Stormwater Coalition of Albany County. Resolution No. 321 awarding the bid to Koester Associates in connection with the Coronet Pump Station Rehabilitation Project-2021 for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 322 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of a tax certiorari proceeding for 200 Wolf Road. Resolution No. 323 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings for 6 Schuyler Road. Resolution No. 324 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Partnership Agreement with LifePath, formerly Senior Services of Albany, to provide health insurance counseling to senior citizens of the Town of Colonie.
