Resolutions
      Resolution No. 236 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk
      Management to provide Property Insurance through Travelers Property Casualty
      Company of America.

       Resolution No. 237 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk
       Management to provide Boiler & Machinery Insurance coverage through Travelers
       Property Casualty Company of America.

       Resolution No. 238 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Renewal Agreement with
       North Colonie Central School District in regards to 211 Old Niskayuna Road.

       Resolution No. 239 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
       of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

       Resolution No. 240 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Colonie
       Youth Center, Inc. for School-Age childcare programs for the youth of the Town of
       Colonie.

       Resolution No. 241 awarding the bid to Fred A. Cook, Jr., Inc. in connection with the
       East Wet Well Cleaning Project 2021 for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and
       authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same.

       Resolution No. 242 awarding the 2nd bid for Industrial Chemicals to Surpass Chemical
       Company.

       Resolution No. 243 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
       usage at 688 Loudon Road.

       Resolution No. 244 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Boss
       Mechanical Heating & Cooling, LLC in connection with providing maintenance and/or
       repair to refrigeration equipment for various Town Departments.
Resolution No. 245 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Advance
Engineering & Surveying, PLLC in connection with a survey of 880 Troy-Schenectady
Road.
