Resolution No. 219 of 2021 Resolution adopting/not adopting/adjourning a local law in connection with the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 190 of the Town Code regarding accessory uses. Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 220 awarding the bid to MXI Environmental Services in connection with Household Hazardous Waste Collection and Disposal for 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 221 awarding the bid to Guthrie Heli-Arc, Inc. in connection with the bid for various Vehicle and Equipment Parts #11 for the DPW/Fleet Maintenance Division. Resolution No. 222 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 223 establishing a Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution, pursuant to 2 NYCRR 315.4, for elected and appointed officials for membership and service credit in the New York State and Local Retirement System. Resolution No. 224 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town departments and adopting a new resolution establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees in various Town Departments for 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor to make appointments to such positions. Resolution No. 225 appointing Lieutenant Daniel Belles as the Police Department representative to the Employee Assistance Program Committee. Resolution No. 226 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Audio Video Corporation in connection with the purchase and installation of AV equipment at the Library. Resolution No. 227 awarding the bid to Mid-State Industries in connection with the Pruyn House Roof Project 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 228 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Ayer Sales, Inc. in connection with the replacement and installation of a plastic storage day tank, stand, all associated fittings and couplings at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant and to be used by various Town Departments, as needed. Resolution No. 229 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Corbett Industrial to increase the expenditure limit. Resolution No. 230 awarding the bid to Carbon Activated Corp. in connection with the Granular Activated Carbon Filter Media Removal and Replacement for 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 231 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 27 Preston Drive in the Canterbury Crossing PDD. Resolution No. 233 awarding the bid to Stants Capital Combustion in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Boiler #1 Gasket Replacement and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same. Resolution No. 234 awarding the bid to North Eastern Rescue Vehicles in connection with the bid for the purchase of two (2) emergency care vehicles for the Emergency Medical Services Department.
