Belonga Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 205 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 190 of the Town Code. Resolution No. 206 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 190 of the Town Code. Resolution No. 207 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with South Colonie School District in connection with the use of the tennis courts for the Town’s summer tennis program. Resolution No. 208 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with 3SI in connection with a tracking service for the Police Department. Resolution No. 209 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contractor Service Agreement with Corbett Industrial Services, Inc. to be used by various Town Departments. Resolution No. 210 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 50 Marriner Avenue. Resolution No. 211 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with the purchase and installation of new roofs at the North Colonie Baseball Complex. Resolution No. 212 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with B&L Control Services, Inc. in connection with the required chemical treatment services of two (2) cooling towers at the Public Operations and Public Safety Facilities. Resolution No. 213 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with H.U.R.B. Landscaping in connection with the Removal and Hauling of Road Millings for the year 2021. Resolution No. 214 awarding the bid to ANJO Construction Ltd. in connection with the 2021 Sanitary Sewer Repair Program Group 1 for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 215 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment at King Thiel Senior Community in the Colonie Senior Service Center Housing Project PDD. Resolution No. 216 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.
