       Resolution No. 143 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
       review and consider the proposed amendment of 67 Preston Drive in the Canterbury
       Crossing PDD.

       Resolution No. 144 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
       review and consider the proposed amendment of 13 Core Road in the Shelter Cove PDD.

       Resolution No. 145 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
       review and consider the proposed amendment of 18 Preston Drive in the Canterbury

Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 150 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 20 Nolan Road by ANJO Construction, Ltd.
and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 151 authorizing the Receiver of Taxes and Assessment Department to
accept partial payments of water usage, for those payments within $5.00 of the full
amount due.

Resolution No. 152 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with
LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions in connection with the crash mapping program.

Resolution No. 153 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Stanley
Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. in connection with maintenance of the door entry
systems at the Public Safety Building.

Resolution No. 154 awarding to David Frueh Contracting the bid in connection with
Sludge Hauling for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Supervisor to
enter into an agreement for same.

Resolution No. 155 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contract with Invoice Cloud
in connection with electronic processing of water bills for the DPW/Division of Latham
Water.

Resolution No. 156 awarding the bid to Gorman Bros., Inc. in connection with In Place
Recycled Base Course for the year 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an
agreement for same.

Resolution No. 157 awarding the bid for Cold Milling of Bituminous Concrete for the
year 2021 to New Castle Paving, LLC and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an
agreement for same.

Resolution No. 158 awarding the bid to AFSCO Fence Supply Co., Inc. in connection
with the Crossings Parking Lot Fence Project for the Parks & Recreation Department and
authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.
Resolution No. 159 awarding the bid for Turf Products for the year 2021 for the Parks &
Recreation Department.

Resolution No. 160 for the Town Board to approve modifications to the 2021 operating
budget for the General Town-Wide Fund.

Resolution No. 161 rescinding Resolution No. 170 for 2020 and authorizing the General
Services Director to readvertise for bids in connection with the Fence Project at the
Kiwanis Park.

Resolution No. 162 amending Resolution No. 137 for 2021 appointing David Green as
Town Justice.

Resolution No. 163 accepting the resignation of Town Board Member David Green and
appointing Brian Austin to fill the vacancy created by such resignation.
