       Resolution No. 106 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Schuyler
       Meadows Club, Inc. in connection with the annual D.A.R.E. Golf Tournament.

       Resolution No. 107 authoring the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Services
       Agreement with Sage Engineering Associates, LLP in connection with the heating system
       replacement at the William K. Sanford Library.

       Resolution No. 108 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into contracts with CHA for the
       structural assessments for the main hall stairway and carriage house at the Pruyn House.

       Resolution No. 109 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a contract with Ambient
       Environmental, Inc. in connection with the Heating System Replacement Hazardous
       Materials Survey at the William K. Sanford Library.
Resolution No. 110 authorizing the Supervisor to renew the Landfill Gas Agreement with
Aria Energy Corporation.

Resolution No. 111 amending Resolution No. 187 for 2020 for the purchase of two (2)
ambulances for the Emergency Medical Services Department and declaring Unit 1516 as
surplus and authorizing the City of Troy to purchase said vehicle.

Resolution No. 112 awarding the bid to Pirri Builders, LLC in connection with the Fire
Tower Repair Project for 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement
for same.

Resolution No. 113 establishing the dates, times and places for public comment on
Colonie Comprehensive Police Practices Review Committee’s Draft Report.
