       Resolution No. 92 Calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to Article 12A of State of New
       York Town Law in Relation to the CGM Residential Subdivision – S.I.A. 2018-004 and
       Authorizing Supervisor to Execute Escrow Agreement in Connection with S.I.A. 2018-
       004.

       Resolution No. 93 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
       of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

       Resolution No. 94 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Integrated
       Valuations, LLC in connection with appraisal services for 2021.
Resolution No. 95 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of
all volunteer members of the Shaker Road/Loudonville Fire Department submitted and
certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members
who have qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2020.

Resolution No. 96 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list of
all volunteer members of the Fuller Road Fire Department submitted and certified under
oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have
qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2020.

Resolution No. 97 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with the purchase and installation of timber rail fencing at The Crossings.

Resolution No. 98 rescinding Resolution No. 468-E for 2020 in connection with the
promotion of Sandra M. Guerro.

Resolution No. 99 authorizing the Town’s Deferred Compensation Plan to include
optional provisions adopted in the Federal Setting Every Community Up for Retirement
Enhancement (SECURE) Act.

Resolution No. 100 authorizing the amendment to the Town’s Health and Dependent
Care Spending Arrangements retroactively consistent with Federal Legislation in
response to COVID-19.

Resolution No. 101 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a renewal agreement with
Joseph E. Mastrianni, Inc. in connection with the administration of the Section 8 Housing
Choice Voucher program.

Resolution No. 102 awarding the bid to James H. Maloy, Inc. in connection with the Dry
River No. 3 Replacement Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and authorizing
the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same.
