Resolutions
       Resolution No. 69 calling a public hearing pursuant to Article 12A of the New York State
       Town Law in relation to the establishment of Extension No. 169 to the Latham Water
       District.

       Resolution No. 70 appointing or reappointing members to the Employee Assistance
       Committee.

       Resolution No. 71 reappointing Donna Cramer-Sharer and Craig Blair to the Library
       Board of Trustees.

       Resolution No. 72 appointing or reappointing members to the Executive Safety
       Committee.

       Resolution No. 73 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with
       Pittsfield Communications Systems, Inc. in connection with the maintenance of the
       Public Safety radio system for the Police Department.

       Resolution No. 74 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a one-year extended warranty
       coverage agreement with ELSAG North America Selex ES in connection with the
       maintenance of a FCU Box 4 Camera System at Central Avenue and Fuller Road.

       Resolution No. 75 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with
       repair of the sanitary sewer system at 14 University Street by ANJO Construction, Ltd.
       and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
       same.

       Resolution No. 76 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with
       repair of the sanitary sewer system at 81 Elm Street by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and
       authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same.

       Resolution No. 77 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with
       repair of a storm drain at 14 Maplewood Avenue by the DPW/Division of Highway.

       Resolution No. 78 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for
       payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.
Resolution No. 79 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk
Management Services, Inc. in connection with Excess Workers Compensation Insurance
coverage through Travelers Indemnity Company for the Town.

Resolution No. 80 awarding the Request for Quotes in connection with the photocopier
lease and maintenance to National Business for various Town Departments and
authorizing the Supervisor to enter into any necessary Agreements for the same.

Resolution No. 81 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Professional Service
Agreement with Ramboll Americas Engineering Solutions, Inc. in connection to the
AWIA Risk & Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan for the
DPW/Division of Latham Water.

Resolution No. 82 authorizing the Town to compensate eligible employees under the
Town’s sick leave program who are subject to a COVID-19 quarantine imposed by either
the Town or a county Department of Health.

Resolution No. 83 establishing date, time and place for a public hearing on the Town of
Colonie’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs.

Resolution No. 84 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements with VHB for the
Management Information Systems Department.

Resolution No. 85 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with John Duell to
complete the installation of network cabling and give instruction to the Parks &
Recreation Department.

Resolution No. 86 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

Resolution No. 87 awarding the second Bid for EMS supplies for 2021 to Bound Tree
Medical and correcting items on the first award for the Bid for EMS supplies for 2021.

Resolution No. 88 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to establishing positions and
rates of pay for seasonal employees in the Emergency Medical Services Department and
adopting a new resolution establishing positions and rates of pay for seasonal employees
in the Emergency Medical Services Department for 2021 and authorizing the Supervisor
to make appointments to such positions.
