Resolution No. 32 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service Agreement with Kleen H2O Services, LLC in connection with the maintenance of chlorination equipment at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Library Resolution No. 33 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the Friends of the Pruyn House for the maintenance of the Pruyn House for 2020 and 2021. Parks & Recreation Resolution No. 34 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to adopting a Fee Schedule for the Parks and Recreation Department and adopting a new Fee Schedule for Parks and Recreation for 2021. Planning & Economic Development Department Resolution No. 35 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to Land Use Review Fees and adopting a new Planning and Economic Development Land Use Review Fee Schedule for 2021. Pure Waters (Division of DPW) Resolution No. 36 Authorizing Supervisor to Execute an Escrow Agreement in relation to the 21 Green Mountain Drive Sewer Improvement Area – SIA #2019-003. Resolution No. 37 Calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to Article 12A of State of New York Town Law in Relation to the Capital Region BOCES Project Located at 925 Watervliet Shaker Road – S.I.A. 2020-005. Senior Resources Resolution No. 38 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the County of Albany for the III-E Caregivers Programming for assistance and counseling to elderly persons. Town Attorney’s Office Resolution No. 39 authorizing the Supervisor to execute business associate agreements with persons who perform functions, activities or services on behalf of, or for, the Town of Colonie that involve the use or disclosure of individually identifiable health information. Resolution No. 40 authorizing the Supervisor to issue Self-Insurance and Indemnification letters throughout the calendar year 2021. Resolution No. 41 authorizing the Supervisor to accept gifts or donations to the Town of Colonie with a value of $1,000.00 or less. Resolution No. 42 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the appropriate department heads, to enter into agreements with the other municipalities for the performance of municipal functions pursuant to General Municipal Law § 119-o for 2021. Resolution No. 43 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the appropriate department heads, to execute agreements, applications, permits, certifications, Orders on Consent and other documents as required by various federal, state and county agencies. Resolution No. 44 authorizing the Supervisor, in consultation with the appropriate department heads, to execute any and all documents in connection with grant applications. Resolution No. 45 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 46 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a professional service agreement with Bailey, Johnson, DeLeonardis & Peck, P.C. to provide legal services for the Pure Waters and Latham Water Districts and other legal services as needed for the year 2021. Resolution No. 47 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements in connection with the Town Attorney’s Office operations for 2021. Resolution No. 48 authorizing the Supervisor to execute agreements for 2021 to allow students from licensed, accredited institutes of higher learning, from local high schools or trade schools and/or programs acceptable to the Town to participate in internships with the Town.
