Resolutions
      Resolution No. 393 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to
      review and consider the proposed amendment of the Canterbury Crossings PDD to
      construct a deck at 25 Preston Drive.

      Resolution No. 394 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
      District Physicians Health Plan in connection with a Medicare Advantage Health
      Insurance Plan for 2021.

      Resolution No. 395 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
      usage at 18 Spring Avenue.

      Resolution No. 396 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids for 5
      MGD Trailer Mounted Pump with hose and other accessories as part of the
      Albany/Colonie Emergency Interconnection Project.

      Resolution No. 397 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval
      of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings.

      Resolution No. 398 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with CHA
      Consulting, Inc. in connection with professional services to prepare and submit the Town
      of Colonie Local Solid Waste Management Plan Compliance Report.

      Resolution No. 399 awarding the bid for Aluminum Sign Blanks to AllMac Signs for the
      DPW/Sign Shop.

      Resolution No. 400 awarding the bid for Completed Signs to Vulcan Signs for the
      DPW/Sign Shop.

      Resolution No. 401 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Sale & Purchase Agreement
      with the North Colonie Central School District in connection with the supply of salt for
      use during the winter season of 2020/2021.
Resolution No. 402 authorizing the extension of the lease and maintenance Agreement
with Ricoh for the Town photocopiers.

Resolution No. 403 rejecting the bid in connection with the Mohawk View Water
