Resolution No. 378 calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to §202 of the Town Law Relative to the Annual Estimate of Expense of Improvements and Benefit Assessment Roll for the Town of Colonie Sewer Improvement Area. Resolution No. 379 calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to §202-A of the New York State Town Law Relative to the Annual Estimate of Expense of Maintenance and Benefit Assessment Roll for the Town of Colonie Sewer Improvement Area. Resolution No. 380 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with hauling of sludge at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant. Resolution No. 381 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 70 Reber Street. Resolution No. 382 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Maxwell Village PDD to construct a screened porch and deck at 33 Justin Street. Resolution No. 383 requiring the Planning and Economic Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of Canterbury Crossings Phase 5 to exchange the locations of the playground and community garden. Resolution No. 384 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with roof repairs on the structures on the Pruyn House property. Resolution No. 385 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with Phase 2 of the Pruyn House Improvement Project. Resolution No. 386 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Guardian Life Insurance Company of America to provide life insurance to Town employees for the 2021 calendar year. Resolution No. 387 directing a public hearing upon the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year 2021. Resolution No. 388 calling public hearings in connection with Fire Protection District contracts. Resolution No. 389 awarding the bid for Janitorial Supplies for the Years 2021 and 2022 to W.B. Mason Company, Inc.
