Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 365 calling a Special Meeting of the Town of Colonie Town Board for the specific purpose, pursuant to Town Law §106, to allow the Town Clerk to distribute the tentative budget for the fiscal year 2021 to the Town Board. Resolution No. 366 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Wheelabrator Technologies in connection with the disposal of special waste. Resolution No. 367 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at 4 Old Farm Road. Resolution No. 368 reappointing F. Patrick Jeffers as a member of the Town of Colonie Board of Assessment Review. Resolution No. 369 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 370 approving the application by Patrick G. Walcesky for a Pre-Entitlement Total and Permanent Disability Benefit from the Latham Fire Protection District Service Award Program. Resolution No. 371 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Colonie Youth Center, Inc. for School-Age childcare programs for the youth of the Town of Colonie. Resolution No. 372 awarding the bid in connection with the Mailing of Town Newsletters to Brigar X-Press Solutions, Inc. Resolution No. 373 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Clough Harbour & Associates LLP in connection with the Municipal Training Facility Fire Tower structural repairs. Resolution No. 374 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with the repair of the Diesel Fuel Manway at the fuel pumps located at the Public Operations Building and authorizing the Comptroller to expend funds for the same. Resolution No. 375 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 3 to the contract with National Water Main Cleaning Company in connection with the Albany Shaker Road Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 376 extending the current furloughs of certain Town job titles to December 31, 2020.
