       Resolution No. 308 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
       for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

       Resolution No. 309 calling a public hearing in regard to the proposed rezoning of land
       located at 1222 Troy Schenectady Road from Single Family Residential (SFR) to
       Commercial Office Residential (COR).

Resolution No. 321 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 007 to the
contract with Gallo Construction Corp. for general construction services at the William
K. Sanford Library.

Resolution No. 322 declaring an emergency in connection with a sewage back-up at the
William K. Sanford Library and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with
Professional Fire Restoration for same.

Resolution No. 323 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
usage at various locations.
Resolution No. 324 declaring items as surplus and authorizing the General Services
Director to advertise the surplus auction and dispose of these items through Auctions
International and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for same.

Resolution No. 325 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 16 Iris Lane by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and
authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same.

Resolution No. 326 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 29 Schuyler Avenue by ANJO Construction,
Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 327 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 57 Karner Road by ANJO Construction, Ltd.
and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 328 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the
Engineering Agreement with GHD Consulting Services in connection with the Mohawk
View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project for the
DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 329 awarding the bid to ANJO Construction, Ltd. and CKM Electrical
Services, Inc. in connection with the Albany Shaker Road Pumping Station
Rehabilitation Project and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements for same.

Understanding with the Capital Region RSVP Program.
