Resolution No. 325 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 16 Iris Lane by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 326 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 29 Schuyler Avenue by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 327 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 57 Karner Road by ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same. Resolution No. 328 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Engineering Agreement with GHD Consulting Services in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters. Resolution No. 329 awarding the bid to ANJO Construction, Ltd. and CKM Electrical Services, Inc. in connection with the Albany Shaker Road Pumping Station Rehabilitation Project and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into agreements for same.
