Resolutions
      Resolution No. 193 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
      for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.

      Resolution No. 194 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Amendment to the Flexible
      Spending Account Administrative Agreement.

      Resolution No. 195 awarding the bid to F.W. Webb, Core & Main and Ferguson
      Waterworks for Pipe, Fittings and Hydrants for 2020.

      Resolution No. 196 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list
      of all volunteer members of the S.W. Pitts Hose Company, Inc. submitted and certified
      under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have
      qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2019.

      Resolution No. 197 authorizing the General Services Director to Advertise for Requests
      for Proposals for the Sale of all or a portion of the real property located at, near or
      surrounding the Stony Creek Reservoir.

      Resolution No. 198 calling a Public Hearing in connection with rescinding a portion of
      Local Law #7 of 1988.

      Resolution No. 199 awarding the bid to Edmunds Gov Tech in connection with the Tax
      Collection Software and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 200 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement
      with JMT of New York, Inc. in connection with engineering services for the Pipe Bridge
      Rehabilitation Project-Dry River Trestle No. 3 Replacement.

      Resolution No. 201 allowing the installation of a Generac Emergency Generator at 38
      Braintree Street.

      Resolution No. 202 authorizing Change Orders to the Paving Program and the Brush and
      Leaf Program Contracts.
