       Resolution No. 136 calling a public hearing pursuant to Article 12A of State of New
       York Town Law in relation to the 21 Green Mountain Drive Sewer Improvement Area –
       SIA #2019-003.

       Resolution No. 137 Authorizing Supervisor to Execute an Escrow Agreement in relation
       to the 21 Green Mountain Drive Sewer Improvement Area – SIA #2019-003.

       Resolution No. 138 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
       for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.

       Resolution No. 139 requiring the Planning Board to review and make a recommendation
       for a proposed Open Development Area located at 28 Everett Road Extension, 11 Duffy
       Street and 12 Duffy Street.
Resolution No. 140 pursuant to §219-a of the General Municipal Law, approving the list
of all volunteer members of the Fuller Road Fire Department submitted and certified
under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members who have
qualified for credit under the Service Award Program for 2019.

Resolution No. 141 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Joseph E.
Mastrianni, Inc. in connection with the administration of the Section 8 Housing
Assistance Payments program.

Resolution No. 142 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider the proposed
amendment of the Beltrone Living Center PDD.

Resolution No. 143 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the
American Red Cross in connection with the 2020 Learn to Swim Program.

Resolution No. 144 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Maintenance Agreement
with Hewlett-Packard Company in connection with the CAD/RMS servers at the Police
Department.

Resolution No. 145 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
Agreement with Troy Belting to increase the expenditure limit for the DPW/Division of
Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 146 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with wet well cleaning for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 147 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the
contract with Gross Electric, Inc. in connection with the Mohawk View Water Treatment
Plant Low Lift Pump Station and Inlet Structure.

Resolution No. 148 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contractor Service
Agreement with Kamco Supply Corp. of New England in connection with labor and
materials to replace two (2) metal doors at the Low Lift Pump Station and to be used by
various Town departments.

Resolution No. 149 authorizing the Supervisor to approve Amendment No. 1 to the
Engineering Agreement with Clough Harbour & Associates LLP in connection with the
Sand/Salt Shed Building at the Public Operations site for the DPW/Division of Highway.

Resolution No. 150 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair and purchase of parts for the Public Operations site fire sprinkler suppression
system.
Resolution No. 151 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider the proposed
rezoning of a parcel of land located at 44 Waterford Avenue East from Single Family
Residential (SFR) to Multi-Family Residential (MFR).
