Resolution No. 137 Authorizing Supervisor to Execute an Escrow Agreement in relation to the 21 Green Mountain Drive Sewer Improvement Area – SIA #2019-003. Resolution No. 138 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation. Resolution No. 139 requiring the Planning Board to review and make a recommendation for a proposed Open Development Area located at 28 Everett Road Extension, 11 Duffy Street and 12 Duffy Street. Resolution No. 143 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with the American Red Cross in connection with the 2020 Learn to Swim Program.
