Resolution No. 130 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Lease Agreement with Colonie Senior Service Centers, Inc. d/b/a Beltrone Living Center/Douty Senior Center in connection with the lease of office space for the Senior Resources Department. Resolution No. 131 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to provide Primary and Excess Public Officials Liability and Employment Practices Liability insurance coverage through Greenwich Insurance Company and Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company, respectively. Resolution No. 132 authorizing the Supervisor to execute and accept a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide Excess General Liability Insurance coverage through Vantapro Specialty Insurance Company. Resolution No. 133 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide the Emergency Medical Services Department with general liability and professional liability coverage through TDC Specialty Insurance Company.
