the County of Albany for the III-E Caregivers Programming for assistance and

Resolution No. 117 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
usage at 19 Alix Road.

Resolution No. 118 awarding the bid to General Control Systems, Inc. in connection with
the Automated Control Services and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an
agreement for same.

Resolution No. 119 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the
Engineering Agreement with C.T. Male Associates in connection with the 168th District
Extension.

Resolution No. 120 granting the State of New York Authority to perform Relocation and
Adjustment services to water mains and appurtenances for the owner Town of Colonie in
connection to the Wolf Road Reconstruction Project.

Resolution No. 121 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with the conversion of all lighting at the Public Safety Building to LED
lighting.

Resolution No. 122 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Service Agreement with
Pittsfield Communications Systems, Inc. in connection with the maintenance of the
Public Safety radio system for the Police Department.

Resolution No. 123 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Schuyler
Meadows Club, Inc. in connection with the annual D.A.R.E. Golf Tournament.

Resolution No. 124 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Jared
Slingerland for Town Band Librarian services.

Resolution No. 125 adopting the standardization of power assist stretchers and bariatric
stretchers and authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for same.

of all volunteer members of the Shaker Road/Loudonville Fire Department submitted and
certified under oath by said Fire Department and identifying those volunteer members

Resolution No. 128 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with the Town of Colonie’s computer and network system and authorizing the
Comptroller to expend funds for the same.

Resolution No. 129 awarding the Request for Qualifications to Alliance Worldwide
Investigative Group/Preferred Adjustment Company and authorizing the Supervisor to
enter into an Agreement for the same.

Resolution No. 130 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Lease Agreement with
Colonie Senior Service Centers, Inc. d/b/a Beltrone Living Center/Douty Senior Center in
connection with the lease of office space for the Senior Resources Department.

Resolution No. 131 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
to provide Primary and Excess Public Officials Liability and Employment Practices
Liability insurance coverage through Greenwich Insurance Company and Atlantic
Specialty Insurance Company, respectively.

Resolution No. 132 authorizing the Supervisor to execute and accept a proposal from
Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide Excess General Liability
Insurance coverage through Vantapro Specialty Insurance Company.

Resolution No. 133 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk
Management Services to provide the Emergency Medical Services Department with
general liability and professional liability coverage through TDC Specialty Insurance
Company.
