      Resolution No. 508 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
      for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.

      Resolution No. 509 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider an open
      development area at 59 Pollock Road in the Boght Meadows Conservation Subdivision.

      Resolution No. 510 awarding the bid for Tree Removal and Trimming to Jime’s Tree
      Service and authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 511 awarding the bid to Johnson Controls for HVAC Preventative
      Maintenance and Repair Services for the year 2020 for Public Operations and the Police
      Radio Tower Facilities and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement for
      same.

      Resolution No. 512 awarding the bid to Neenah Foundry Company in connection with
      Heavy Duty Frames for the year 2020.

      Resolution No. 513 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
      usage at 5 Wood Plot Road.

      Resolution No. 514 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
      connection with the SCADA Integration, Programming and Emergency Services.

      Resolution No. 515 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 2 with
      Amstar of Western NY in connection with the Osborne Road 0.5 MG Elevated Tank and
      2.2 MG Standpipe Rehabilitation for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.

      Resolution No. 516 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with VHB for
      the Management Information Systems Department.

      Resolution No. 517 scheduling Town Board Meetings for the year 2020.
Resolution No. 518 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with NYS
Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services in connection with the
Colonie Police Department use of the State Preparedness Training Center.

Resolution No. 519 authorizing the Supervisor to execute rental agreements to enable
various departments and divisions to rent equipment during 2020.

Resolution No. 520 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids/RFP’s
in connection with goods and services during 2020.

Resolution No. 521 awarding the bid for EMS Medical Supplies for the year 2020.

Resolution No. 522 adopting a new fee schedule for the Division of Pure Waters for the
year 2020.

Resolution No. 523 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at Troy Schenectady Road at Lindbergh Drive by
ANJO Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair
Reserve funds for the same.

Resolution No. 524 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider the proposed
rezoning of parcels of land located at 28 Everett Road Extension, 11 Duffy Street and 12
Duffy Street from Neighborhood Commercial Office Residential (NCOR) to a Planned
Development District (PDD).

Resolution No. 525 rescinding Resolution No. 333 for 2018 in connection with the Open
Development Area at 34 Denison Road.
