      the Intermunicipal Agreement with the Village of Colonie.

      Resolution No. 474 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider an open
      development area at 606 and 608 Loudon Road.

      Resolution No. 475 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
      usage at 233 Old Maxwell Road.

      Resolution No. 476 awarding bid to International Dioxcide, Inc. in connection with
      Liquid Sodium Chlorite for the DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the
      Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same.

      Resolution No. 477 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
      with the repair of the damaged service electrical cable at the Vly Tank site and
      authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the same.

      Resolution No. 478 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
      with the repair of the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant River Road Pump Station
      Altitude Valve and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve
      funds for the same.

      Engineering Agreement with C.T. Male Associates in connection with additional

      Resolution No. 480 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with Aladtec,
      Inc. in connection with the Online Employee Scheduling and Workforce Management
      System for the Police Department.

      Resolution No. 481 authorizing the Supervisor to execute agreements with federal, state
      and local agencies to allow access to the Police Range and Training Facility.

      Resolution No. 482 authorizing the Supervisor to execute agreements with various
      towing companies to provide towing and storage services.

      Resolution No. 483 reappointing Edward Delehanty as a member of the Town of Colonie
      Board of Assessment Review.

      Resolution No. 484 awarding the bid to Fort Orange Press, Inc. in connection with the
      printing of Newsletters for the Town of Colonie for the year 2020.
Resolution No. 485 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with
Tremco/Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. in connection to repairs and modifications
to 12 Arrowhead Lane.

Resolution No. 486 accepting the dedication of Origin Drive, Landmark Street, Terminus
Drive and 3 Terminus Drive in the Boght Meadows Conservation Subdivision.

Resolution No. 487 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 001 to the
contract with Gallo Construction Corp. for general construction services at the William
K. Sanford Library.

K. Sanford Library.

Resolution No. 489 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 003 to the

Resolution No. 490 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for Request for
Qualifications in connection with the Town Designated Engineer Services.

Resolution No. 491 awarding bid to National Water Main Cleaning Co. in connection
with the Albany-Shaker Road Cured-In-Place Pipe Rehabilitation Project for the
DPW/Division of Pure Waters and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement
for same.
