   A. Resolution No. 443 of 2019 Resolution authorizing a contract with the Fuller Road Fire
      Department, Inc. for fire protection within the Fuller Road Fire Protection District.
   B. Resolution No. 444 of 2019 Resolution authorizing a contract with the Shaker Road-
      Loudonville Fire Department, Inc. for fire protection within the Shaker Road-
      Loudonville Fire Protection District.
   C. Resolution No. 445 of 2019 Resolution authorizing a contract with the Maplewood Fire

       Agreement in relation to the Safety-Kleen Sanitary Sewer Extension Project#
       2019-002.

       Resolution No. 451 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance
       Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in
       connection with tort litigation.

       Resolution No. 452 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Phase III Services
       Authorization with Butler Rowland Mays Architects, LLP for the roof
       replacement project at the William K. Sanford Library.

Advantage Health Insurance Plan for 2020.

Resolution No. 463 authorizing the acceptance of a donation of a 1999
Jacobsen HR5111 Rough Mower for the Town of Colonie Golf Course from
Hiawatha Trails Golf Course.

Resolution No. 464 awarding the bid to David Frueh Contracting, LLC in
connection with demolition of 1366 Central Avenue and authorizing the
Supervisor to execute an agreement for same.

Resolution No. 465 awarding the bid to Concept Print in connection with
Town Printing Group 7 for the year 2020.

Resolution No. 466 authorizing the acceptance of goods and services from the
County of Albany as part of a Shared Services Grant.

Resolution No. 467 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J.
Gallagher & Co to provide Non-Owned Aircraft Liability Coverage for the
EMS Flight Program through Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Co.
