Housing Choice Voucher Program Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for 2020 and
authorizing the Supervisor to submit said plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development.

       Resolution No. 421 Calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to §202 of the Town Law Relative
       to the Annual Estimate of Expense of Improvements and Benefit Assessment Roll for the
       Town of Colonie Sewer Improvement Area.

       Resolution No. 422 Calling a Public Hearing Pursuant to §202-a of the New York State
       Town Law Relative to the Annual Estimate of Expense of Maintenance and Benefit
       Assessment Roll for the Town of Colonie Sewer Improvement Area.

       Resolution No. 423 calling a public hearing pursuant to Section 202-b of the New York
       State Town Law in relation to the proposed Pipe Bridge Evaluation Project.

       Resolution No. 424 directing a public hearing upon the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal
       year 2020.
Resolution No. 425 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.

Resolution No. 426 scheduling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law
amending Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Colonie – “Vehicles & Traffic” by
amending Schedule VII – “Speed Limit”.

Resolution No. 427 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 99 Exchange Street by ANJO Construction,
Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 428 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 14 Sparrowbush Road by J. Ellrott Excavating,
Inc. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
same.

Resolution No. 429 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Amendment to the
Engineering Agreement with Barton & Loguidice in connection with the Kromma Kill
Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 430 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
District Physicians Health Plan in connection with providing health insurance for 2020.

Resolution No. 431 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Guardian
Life Insurance Company of America to provide life insurance to Town employees for the
2020 calendar year.

Resolution No. 432 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract with Capital
District Physicians Health Plan to administer the Flexible Spending Account program.

Resolution No. 433 authorizing the increase to the Health Flexible Spending Account
Statutory Limit.

Resolution No. 434 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Contract Extension with
Corporate Counseling Associates.

Resolution No. 435 accepting the dedication of Sterling Ridge and 34 Sterling Ridge in
the Loudon Hills East Conservation Subdivision.

Resolution No. 436 accepting the dedication of the extension of Donna Drive and 55
Donna Drive in the Donna Drive Conservation Subdivision.
Resolution No. 437 accepting the dedication of the extension of Lupe Way, Preserve
Way and Pine Bush Road, 8 Pine Bush Road, 23 Preserve Way, 10 Pine Bush Road, 106
Cordell Road and 21 Preserve Way in the Lupe Way Conservation Subdivision.

Resolution No. 438 accepting the dedication of a portion of Cove Road and a portion of
Shore Lane in Phase 4C of the Shelter Cove PDD.

Resolution No. 439 accepting the dedication of the extension of Proctor Avenue,
extension of Harding Avenue, extension of Sylvan Avenue t/b/k/a Penfield Drive,
extension of Vista Avenue, extension of Ashland Street, South Woodspath, North
Woodspath and 76 Sylvan Avenue in the On the Farm Conservation Subdivision a/k/a
Schuyler Manor.

Resolution No. 440 ratifying the Supervisor’s signature on an acknowledgment form for
Verizon Wireless in connection to the Town’s access to the Enterprise Messaging Access
Gateway online portal.

Resolution No. 441 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Phase III Services
Authorization with Butler Rowland Mays Architects, LLP for the roof replacement
project at the William K. Sanford Library.
