Public Hearing in connection to adjourning the public hearing in connection with a proposed
local law amending Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Colonie – “Vehicle & Traffic
Codification” by amending Schedule VII – “Speed Limit”.

       Resolution adjourning the public hearing in connection with a proposed local law

       Resolution No. 408 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
       for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.

       Resolution No. 409 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
       to provide excess automobile insurance coverage for the Town of Colonie through The
       Travelers Indemnity Company.

       Resolution No. 410 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
       to provide automobile insurance coverage for the Town of Colonie through Selective
       Insurance Company of New York.
Resolution No. 411 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
usage at 6 Douglas Lane and 28 Hawthorne Court.

Resolution No. 412 calling public hearings in connection with Fire Protection District
contracts.

Resolution No. 413 for the Town Board to approve modifications to the General Town-
Wide, Latham Water District and William K. Sanford Library Funds’ 2019 operating
budgets.

Resolution No. 414 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Sale & Purchase Agreement
with the North Colonie Central School District in connection with the supply of salt for
use during the winter season of 2019/2020.

Resolution No. 415 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a Contract Amendment with
Weston & Sampson, P.E., LS, LA, PC in connection with the Splash Pad at the Town
Park.

Resolution No.416 ordering the removal of an unsafe structure and its contents on
property located at 165 Exchange Street pursuant to Article III of Chapter 62 of the Town
Code.

Resolution No. 417 renaming North Schermerhorn Road to Waterfront Road.

Resolution No. 418 authorizing Leave of Absence without pay for Carol Jones.
