       Resolution No. 364 calling a public hearing in connection with a proposed local law of
       the Code of the Town of Colonie, thereof, amending Chapter 190 of the Town Code.

       Resolution No. 365 removing the title Emergency Medical Services Chief from the
       Senior Management Compensation Program.

       Resolution No. 366 reappointing Ronald Monfils as Sole Assessor.
Resolution No. 367 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
usage at 27 Emery Avenue.

Resolution No. 368 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with the Albany-Shaker Road Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project for the
DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 369 authorizing the purchase of properties located at 4097, 4099 and
4101 River Road to be added to the Open Space Inventory and authorizing the Supervisor
to execute any and all documents relating to same.

Resolution No. 370 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Easement to National Grid
for an anchor in connection with the Shelter Cove PDD Project.

Resolution No. 371 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider the proposed
amendment of the Canterbury Crossings PDD.

Resolution No. 372 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Mid-State
Industries, Ltd. in connection with the roof replacement at EMS Station #3 on Albany

Resolution No. 373 amending the Town of Colonie Health Insurance Program.

Resolution No. 374 rescinding all prior resolutions pertaining to adopting a Fee Schedule
for the Town of Colonie Golf Course and adopting a new Fee Schedule for the Town of
Colonie Golf Course.

contract with Harold R. Clune, Inc. for electrical services at the William K. Sanford
Library.
