       Resolution No. 346 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 4-005 to the
       contract with Harold R. Clune, Inc. for electrical services at the William K. Sanford
       Library.

       Resolution No. 347 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 4-006 to the
       contract with Harold R. Clune, Inc. for electrical services at the William K. Sanford
       Library.

       Resolution No. 348 authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the
       contract with Anjo Construction, Ltd. in connection with the Rt. 9 Water Main
       Replacement (Maxwell Road to 640 Loudon Road).
Resolution No. 349 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water
usage at 1050 Troy Schenectady Road.

connection with the construction of a new Sand/Salt Storage Building at the Public
Operations Building.

Resolution No. 351 calling a public hearing in connection with the Town of Colonie’s
Five-Year Public Housing Agency Plan for its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
Program.

Resolution No. 352 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in
connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Roof Access Ladder
Project for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.

Resolution No. 353 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 538 Albany Shaker Road by ANJO
Construction, Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve
funds for the same.

Resolution No. 354 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement
with Sterling Environmental Engineering, P.C. in connection with the inspection of the
chemical bulk storage system at the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant and to
be used by other various Town Facilities.

Resolution No. 355 for the Town Board to approve modifications to the General Town-
Wide, Highway and Pure Waters District Funds’ 2019 budgets.

Resolution No. 356 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Engineering Agreement
with C.T. Male Associates in connection with the Colonie Mohawk River Park Pump
Station Project.

with the purchase of two (2) Emergency Care Vehicles for the Emergency Medical
