Public Hearing in connection to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving/not
approving the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Generator and Building
Improvements Roof Access Ladder Project.

       Resolution pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving/not
       approving the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Generator and Building
       Improvements Roof Access Ladder Project.

       Resolution No. 329 adopting/not adopting the proposed amendments to the
       Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Colonie.

       Resolution No. 330 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an amendment to the existing
       Engineering Agreement with Weston & Sampson, PE, LS, LA, PC in connection with the
       Albany Shaker Road Pumping Station Rehabilitation Project for the DPW/Division of
       Pure Waters.

       Resolution No. 331 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
       with repair of the sanitary sewer system at 16 Linton Avenue by ANJO Construction,
       Ltd. and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency Repair Reserve funds for the
       same.

       Resolution No. 332 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund
       for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation.

       Resolution No. 333 adopting the New York State Unified Solar Permit for residential
       solar installations.
Resolution No. 334 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Memorandum of
Understanding with North Colonie Central School District.

Resolution No. 335 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Agreement with the North
Colonie Central School District for providing a Town Police Officer to act as a School
Resource Officer.

Resolution No. 336 authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
to provide Commercial Inland Marine/Equipment insurance coverage through Travelers
Property Casualty Company of America for the Town of Colonie.

Resolution No. 337 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Orange
Roofing in connection with the two (2) roof replacements at the Municipal Training
Center.

Resolution No. 338 authorizing the Supervisor to declare an emergency in connection
with repair to the Upper Watervliet-Shaker Road Pressure Reducing Valve Pit by the
DPW/Division of Latham Water and authorizing the Comptroller to expend Emergency
Repair Reserve funds for the same.

Resolution No. 339 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Annual Facilities License
Agreement with Siena College in connection with the use of the Marcelle Athletic
Complex, residence halls and academic facilities for the purpose of physical abilities
testing and tactical training for the Police Department.

Resolution No. 340 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Partnership Agreement with
LifePath, formerly Senior Services of Albany, to provide health insurance counseling to
senior citizens of the Town of Colonie.

Resolution No. 341 authorizing the Town Board to approve the Town Procurement
Policy and to approve revisions to the Town Procurement Policy and Procedure, pursuant
to General Municipal Law Section 104-b.

Resolution No. 342 authorizing Tracy Sidoti, Library Aide, in the Colonie Town Library,
to take leave without pay.
