Public Comment Resolutions Resolution No. 314 calling a public hearing pursuant to Section 202b of the Town Law of the State of New York in relation to the proposed Albany-Shaker Road Pump Station Rehabilitation Project. Resolution No. 315 authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with tort litigation. Resolution No. 316 authorizing settlement or discontinuance, subject to judicial approval of the same, pursuant to §68 of the Town Law, of various tax certiorari proceedings. Resolution No. 317 awarding the bid to Gallo Construction in connection with the Library Renovation Project Phase 2 and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 318 authorizing the General Services Director to award the bid to Ti- Sales, Inc. in connection with the purchase of Water Meter and Water Meter Reading System Parts and Accessories for 2019. Resolution No. 319 authorizing the Supervisor to reimburse for overestimated water usage at various locations. Resolution No. 320 authorizing the General Services Director to advertise for bids in connection with the construction of a new pavilion at the Mohawk River Park. Resolution No. 321 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Professional Architectural Service Agreement with Syvertsen Rigosu Architects, PLLC in connection with proposed renovations to the first floor of Town Hall. Resolution No. 322 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a contract with Systems Development Group, Inc. in connection with support for the Town of Colonie’s Image Mate software in the Assessor’s Office. Resolution No. 323 awarding the bid to Eckert Mechanical in connection with the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant Boiler 1 Gasket Replacement Project and authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement for same. Resolution No. 324 requiring the Planning Board to review and consider the proposed amendment of the Shelter Cove PDD. Resolution No. 325 authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with the New York State Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee for a grant in the amount of $35,400.
