Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. in connection with maintenance of the door entry

to provide Property Insurance through Travelers Property Casualty Company of America.

Resolution No. 292 authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a Third Lease Amendment
with New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC in connection with the communications
equipment upgrade at the Newtonville Water Tank.
